Searching the web

Click on Search tab which is located in the Sidebar on left side. Alternatively press ALT+S. Click on the desired search engine's option button. Enter your search text in the box and press Enter/Return.

While the search results will be shown in the search tab, the resulting pages will appear in the opposite browser window.

WindowSurfer gives you the ability to move back and forward within the search listings by clicking on the 'Back' and 'Forward' buttons. These buttons are located on top of the Search Tab.

To maximize the utility of working area, press F11. This will put your Search window in Auto-Hide mode.

Tip

To resize the Seach window, move your mouse slowly over the Window Splitter (located between the Search Tab and the Browser window). When the mouse-pointer shape changes from arrow to a double-sided arrow, press the left mouse-button and drag it towards left or right. Release the mouse-button at your desired location. Also play with F11 and F12 keys to show/hide/auto-hide the sidebar and toolbars
