Switching Between Loaded Pages
To switch view to another loaded page, just click on its Tab button. This will bring that Tab's loaded page into view instantaneously, without having to reload it. If you click on the Load/Reload button, the page will be retrieved from the web site afresh.
In this view there are 3 loaded web pages. The currently visible page is 'Bank Of America', shown with right-arrow on its Tab button. We can bring another page into view by clicking on the yellow tab button next to 'BBC' or the green tab button next to 'Yahoo! Mail'.
Tab buttons which appear in grey color are not loaded and cannot be clicked upon (they are disabled). To view one of such pages, click on its Load button which is located on left side of the Tab button.
To understand the significance of colors and symbols of buttons shown in the left hand Links Tab, please see the topic Links Tab.
Normally, every new page that we navigate to is shown in the currently active Tab
in the Main window. But some web pages will open themselves in a new window. To
switch view to another window, click on menu 'Window' and then select the desired window
from the list. To view all open windows in an overlapped fashion, click on the
'Cascade'
button in the
Toolbar.
The menu, toolbar and shortcuts bar are common for all windows. The relevant action is applied to the active window at top.
