Export, Import and Backup of User Account Settings
You can export the current User's settings to a file. Sensitive information in the settings will be written in an encrypted form.
These settings may then be used for Importing the settings on another computer or for backup. Go to menu File/Settings/Export. You will be prompted to enter your password for security. Save the file to desired location on the hard-disk, floppy or another media. You will need to enter the User's this password in order to Import them later.
1. Import settings for the current User: Go to menu File/Settings/Import. Locate the file to which you had previously exported the settings for the user currently logged into WindowSurfer. You will be prompted to enter the User's original password that was used at the time of exporting the settings. The currently logged-in User's settings will be over-written with the ones in the Import file.
2. Import settings for another User: Go to menu File/Settings/Import. Locate the file which contains the settings for another User. If this User name already exists on your computer, its settings will be over-written. If this User name does not exist, it will be created. You will be prompted to enter the User's original password that was used at the time of exporting the settings.
NOTE: User means a WindowSurfer user account. This is not related to your WINDOWS login account or username.
